'Umar that the Messenger of Allah said: I have been commanded to fight against people till they testify that there is no god but Allah, that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah, and they establish prayer, and pay Zakat and if they do it, their blood and property are guaranteed protection on my behalf except when justified by law, and their affairs rest with Allah
Mohammad is instructing fellow submitters (Muslims) to fight against an undefined "people" is it, all people ?
is it, for all time ? It would seem that way.
This is an open ended quote, that will have unfortunate ramifications for the non-submitters of that day, as well as non-submitters in the future. Because here is where the "BIG LIE" enters.
"there is no god but Allah, that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah,"
This is a definitive statement. There is no G*d but "allah" Who, or what, is this 'allah', and what is the historical context of this quote of Mohammad. This is rather important, as the failure to submit to this assertion, has lead to many deaths historically, and presently in the modern world as well. Many, if not all, of the first people hearing this statement of Mohammad's could have been easily confused. One 'allah' was well known, as one of the "big gods" in the pagan temple,called the Kabba. Within the memory of all who heard the message was the knowledge that 'allah' was the 'akbar" ( greater) idol of the Quraysh tribe. Mohammad's father was a slave of this pagan deity, as his name attested. Abdullah, slave or devotee of allah. Was this a new 'allah' god, who just by shear coincidence,shared the name as his family "idol stone", that inhabited the Kabba, along with the representations of 359 other idols, or gods ?
The family of Mohammad had a deep connection with the house of allah (beit-allah) Mohammad's father, was almost slaughtered there, as sacrifice to a pagan deity by his father, but the deity was paid in the blood of camels, instead of the blood of Mohammad's father, ( the slave of allah) Abdullah.

Before Islam, Arabs used to make their decisions by drawing arrows of divinity placed at the feet of their deities. `Abdul Muttalib took all of his sons to Ka'bah. He had to select one of his sons for sacrifice. `Abdul Muttalib ibn Hashim decided to select one of his sons for sacrifice, by drawing arrows that were placed at the feet of Hubal, a statue inside Ka'bah. `Abdul Muttalib ibn Hashim asked each of his sons to bring an arrow each with his name written on it which were then drawn at the feet of Hubal inside Ka'bah. `Abdul Muttalib approached the arrows and picked one of them. The name of his youngest son `Abdullah ibn `Abdul Muttalib was picked up for the sacrifice. `Abdul Muttalib ibn Hashim took `Abdullah ibn `Abdul Muttalibto the sacrificial spot near Ka'bah, for sacrificing him.
`Abdullah ibn `Abdul Muttalib was loved by every one. His sisters, brothers and other residents of Makkah requested `Abdul Muttalib ibn Hashim to spare the life of `Abdullah ibn `Abdul Muttalib. They advised `Abdul Muttalib ibn Hashim to get another opinion. `Abdul Muttalib ibn Hashim and his family went to Yathrib (Madinah) to seek advice from a priestess, Shiya, who lived there. She advised them to barter the life of `Abdullah with ten camels, the normal Diyya (Blood Money) for murder. She further advised them to go on adding ten camels till `Abdullah's name was not picked
With a payment of blood, to the Deity's of the Kaaba, "it" will reward you,with what you wish. Here is a poor lesson to be learned for a young prophet. How would a young Mohammad have understood this, as it was passed down to him ?
The grandfather on Mohammad's Mother's (Aminab bin Wahab) side, was Wahb ibn 'Abd Manaf, who by shear coincidence was the custodian of the kabba, a money making pagan enterprise.
Qusay, born about A.D. 400, the great-grandfather of Abdul-Muttalib, and consequently fifth in the ascending line from Mohammed, obtained supreme power at Mecca. (The decline and fall of the Roman Empire)
Qusay died in A.D. 480, and his son, Abd Manaf, took charge of his duties.
Abd Manaf was a pagan, and as his name indicates, he was a slave (or devotee) to an associate deity of one the daughters of allah, "Manaf" was subserviant or a lesser deity, than Manat... one of allah's children. Abd Manaf, is practicing the Arabian, pre-Islamic, pagan fetish, of stone worship in the Kaaba. Which is only natural, because the Kaaba, is the center of pagan- Arabian stone worship.
In Mecca, at this time, Mohammad is referred to as the "crazy poet". They know well their own tradishion, customs, and the relationship between all 360 of deities, of the Arabian Pantheon of deities.
Mohammad's preachings are said to be nonsensical. Everyone in Mekka knows of 'allah', and are free to worship it, or not worship it, perhaps to them, 'allah' who is 'Akbar', is a little too intimidating, so some need intermedaries. Such as the daughters of 'allah'. This is how it's aways been, and the pagans of Mecca saw no reason to change. Nearly everybody in Mekka agrees, 'allah' is 'Akbar' the greatest deity in the Kaaba, but it's only one of 360 'other', lesser deities.
Not having great success with the "allah" 2.0 concept with his tribe or clan in Mecca, the prophet takes his show on the road to Medina,and it's Jewish inhabitants.
This is where the blood spilled to save the life of his father, may, or may not ,have inspired the prophet to once more offer a sacrificed to 'allah' so that a desperate wish will be granted. Mohammad desperately craves recognition, and submission, to this 'allah' two point "o", concept that he is working on.
The Jews of Medina Laugh at the mad man, claiming connection with the Jewish monotheistic tradition, as Mohammad continues the ritualized fetish's of Arab pagan stone worship. Only now calling it traditional "Jewish" monotheism, and now claiming, it's the Jews who do not understand the faith,that they have been practicing for two millennium or so.
The first to reject Mohammad, were is own tribe, or clan members, in Mecca, and they were the first to pay the price for rejecting the phrase.

Most of his family had scornfully rejected his teaching and his early converts were slaves and people of the lower classes. His preaching soon drew not only mockery but active opposition from the people of Mecca , who believed that his mission threatened their position as guardians of the Kaba a position which brought them great wealth from the pilgrim traffic.
The pagans described here, perform the same ritual of worship, as today's Muslims do. "allah" was one of many gods represent by stone idols. The stone idol called "allah" is now the only object of worship associated with the Kaaba in Mecca. It's kissed just like Mohammad did, BEFORE he became a prophet of Islam.
The Meccans tried to discredit him, charging him with sorcery and with stealing his ideas from Jews and Christians.From opposition to persecution was but a step. A hundred of his followers emigrated to Abyssinia, and finally Muhammad himself decided to leave Mecca and went to Medina in AD 622. From this year the Muslim Era is dated.From a persecuted religious teacher in Mecca , Muhammad In Medina became the leader of a religious community and was acknowledged to be the messenger of God.He still, however, had doubters and enemies. The Jews, whom he had hoped would welcome him, were among his bitterest opponents. His assumption of authority at Medina was also resented by some of that city's leading men. Nevertheless, by careful diplomacy and firmness of purpose, he began to create a brotherhood of the faith,transcending all other ties and relationships, even those of father and son. This brotherhood united all Muslims by giving them a common purpose - the defence of the faith - and made God, and His prophet, the final source of law.This achieved, Muhammad began to look outward, not only because he wished to convert all Arabs to his teaching, but also in an attempt to alleviate growing economic distress in Medina .
Mohammad decided to "steal" the wealth of non-Muslims, as punishment for rejecting the messenger of 'allah'
Muhammad's first step was to persuade the Medinans that they must attack Mecca . This was, in fact, the first test of the new brotherhood, for many of those in Medina had relatives in Mecca and to the Arabs the ties of blood were sacred. Muhammad, however, insisted that war was a sacred duty, demanded by Allah, and he was finally able to persuade his followers that this was so. Muhammad first sent parties to attack the caravans of Mecca on their journeys to or from Syria .
When you attack people, stealing their goods, and are enslaving them, It is you (Mohammad) who started the war. Spilled first blood.
One attack was carried out during the sacred month of Rajab (January 624), when war was banned throughout Arabia . In the Koran, Muhammad justified this break with tradition by claiming that there could be no scruples in the fight to overcome idolatry.
idolatry, is anything un-Islamic, as described exclusively by Mohammad, and Mohammad had no scruples, in the persuit of the submission of others.
From this time onwards events moved rapidly. Two months later a battle took place at Badr between three hundred Muslims and nearly a thousand Meccans

The blood spilled at the battle of badr was between family members, former friends. The spoils of the spilled blood, filled the coffers of the Muslims, feeding them, keeping them going as a group, and united as the "ummah". Those who have submitted themselves to the will of 'allah' as described by Mohammad, are called the "ummah" and from the start, it is the blood spilled of non-Muslims, that feeds them. For Mohammad's Grand dad, it was the the blood of one hundred camels, that keep Mohammad's father (Abduallah) alive.
What will Mohammad offer in supplication to his deity, in persuit of his fondest eathly desires ?
Mohammad, himself, is now a servant of this new 'allah' 2.0 and he will appease it with a great amount of blood, in an effort to gain earthly power and influence. The neighbouring Jewish tribes were soon to find out. He had expelled two of the Jewish tribes of Medina, the last, the Qurayza tribe, world pay the ultimate price.

In the morning the Qurayza came down from their fort to surrender to the apostle of Allah, and the Aus begged that - as the apostle had dealt leniently with allies of the Khazraj - he would do the same for the allies of the Aus. The apostle said, 'Would you like one of your own people to decide their fate’ and they welcomed it. He continued,'Then let Sad b. Muadh decide.' Sad had been struck by an arrow in the defence of the Ditch, so his people mounted him on a donkey - with a leather pillow under him, for he was a stout and handsome man - and brought him to the apostle. They told him,'Deal kindly with thy allies, because the apostle of Allah has appointed thee for this purpose.' But they entreated him too much and he said, 'Sad will take good care not to incur the censure of Allah by fearing the censure of men.' Then some of his people went away and lamented for the men of the Banu Qurayza, before Sad even reachedthem, because Sad had spoken thus.
When Sad appeared the apostle said to the Muslims, 'Arise in honour of your chief!” Then Sad asked, 'Do you covenant with Allah to abide by my decision?' and they said,We do!’ The apostle of Allah also replied, 'Yes.' And Sad pronounced the following sentence,' I decree that the men be killed, the property be divided, and the women with their children be made captives.' The apostle of Allah said, 'Thou hast decided according to the will of Allah, above the seven firmaments.'
'Thou hast decided according to the will of Allah' not only Mohammad, but a random dying soldier can know the will of "allah" ?
'allah" wants all the Jews beheaded ? and "allah' is the same g*d of the Jews ?
The apostle of Allah imprisoned the Qurayza in Medina while trenches were dug inthe market-place. Then he sent for the men and had their heads struck off so that theyfell in the trenches. They were brought out in groups, and among them was Kab, the chief of the tribe. In number, they amounted to six or seven hundred, although somestate it to have been eight or nine hundred. All were executed. One man turned to his people and said, 'It matters not! By God's will, the children of Israel were destined for this massacre!’ Then he seated himself and his head was struck off.
Any male child, found without pubic hair, was a slave now, those with pubic hair were beheaded. This is the will of 'allah' as confirmed by Mohammad, even though, Sad b. Muadh, was in this case the messenger of 'allah' (at no other time , was another human being credited with being a conduct to, or from, allah)
Aisha, the wife of the apostle, said, 'Only one of their women was killed. By Allah! She was with me, talking and laughing, while the apostle slaughtered her countrymen in the marketplace; and when her name was called, I asked, "What is this for?" and
she replied, "I am going to be slain!" I asked why and she answered, "For something I have done!" Then she was taken away, and her head was struck off. But I shall never cease to marvel at her good humour and laughter, although she knew that she was to die." Now the apostle distributed the property of the Banu Qurayza, as well as their women and children, to the Muslims, reserving one-fifth for himself
Part of the one fifth, was a young Jewish woman, who Mohammad raped, after overseeing the slaughter and or, enslavement of all of her family.

Narrated Atiyyah al-Qurazi:
I was among the captives of Banu Qurayzah. They (the Companions) examined us, and those who had begun to grow hair (pubes) were killed, and those who had not were not killed. I was among those who had not grown hair.
Narrated Ibn Umar:
Bani An-Nadir and Bani Quraiza fought (against the Prophet violating their peace treaty), so the Prophet exiled Bani An-Nadir and allowed Bani Quraiza to remain at their places (in Medina) taking nothing from them till they fought against the Prophet again) . He then killed their men and distributed their women, children and property among the Muslims, but some of them came to the Prophet and he granted them safety, and they embraced Islam. He exiled all the Jews from Medina. They were the Jews of Bani Qainuqa', the tribe of 'Abdullah bin Salam and the Jews of Bani Haritha and all the other Jews of Medina.
Mohammad, in this time and place, instructed the submitters (Muslims) That by acting in the name of allah, the wealth and possessions of non-Muslims would be theirs. This is the struggle of Mohammad's, his jihad. This Jihad, is alive and well in America.

The Koran obliges every able Muslim to participate in jihad and fight in the way of Allah, those who fight you, and kill them wherever you find them, some parts of the Koran say, an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.
Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, is from a wealthy family in Nigeria, he was well educated, can his ideology be found supported in Islamic text, is he correct about the teaching of Mohammad.
Quran 2.216 "Warfare is ordained for you, though it is hateful unto you; but it may happen that ye hate a thing which is good for you.."

(Whoever dies but neither fought (i.e., in Allah's cause), nor sincerely considered fighting, will die a death of Jahiliyyah (pre-Islamic era of ignorance).)
On the day of Al-Fath (when he conquered Makkah), the Prophet said:
«لَا هِجْرَةَ بَعْدَ الْفَتْحِ وَلكِنْ جِهَادٌ وَنِيَّةٌ، وَإِذَا اسْتُنْفِرْتُمْ فَانْفِرُوا»
(There is no Hijrah (migration from Makkah to Al-Madinah) after the victory, but only Jihad and good intention. If you were required to march forth, then march forth.)
Allah's statement:
﴿وَهُوَ كُرْهٌ لَّكُمْ﴾
(...though you dislike it) means, `Fighting is difficult and heavy on your hearts.' Indeed, fighting is as the Ayah describes it, as it includes being killed, wounded, striving against the enemies and enduring the hardship of travel. Allah then said:
﴿وَعَسَى أَن تَكْرَهُواْ شَيْئًا وَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ﴾
(. ..and it may be that you dislike a thing which is good for you) meaning, fighting is followed by victory, dominance over the enemy, taking over their lands, money and offspring. Allah continues:
This was the fate of the tragic Jewish tribe of Medina, the Banu Qurayzah.
﴿وَعَسَى أَن تُحِبُّواْ شَيْئًا وَهُوَ شَرٌّ لَّكُمْ﴾
(...and that you like a thing which is bad for you.)
This Ayah is general in meaning. Hence, one might covet something, yet in reality it is not good or beneficial for him, such as refraining from joining the Jihad, for it might lead to the enemy taking over the land and the government. Then, Allah said:
﴿وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ وَأَنتُمْ لاَ تَعْلَمُونَ﴾
(Allah knows, but you do not know.) meaning, He has better knowledge than you of how things will turn out to be in the end, and of what benefits you in this earthly life and the Hereafter. Hence, obey Him and adhere to His commands, so that you may acquire the true guidance..
Later, he wrote of joining protests against the war in Iraq, asking "when is lying allowed to deceive the enemy?" Still later he wrote of heading to Yemen
If this well educated young man, were to ask this, of a reliable Islamic scholar, what would the answer be?

The Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) said,"He who settles disagreements between people to bring about good or says something commendable is not a liar.''
This much is related by both Bukhari and Muslim, with Muslim's version recording thatUmm Kulthum added, "I did not hear him permit untruth in anything people say, except for three things: war, settling disagreements and a man talking with his wife or she with him (A:in smoothing over differences), '' This is an explicit statement that lying is sometimes permissible for a given interest, scholars having established criteria defining what types of it are lawful. The best analysis of it I have seen is by Imam Hamid Ghazali, who says: "Speaking is a means to achieve objectives. If a praiseworthy aim is attainable through both telling the truth and lying, it is unlawful to accomplish through lying because there is no need for it. When it is possible to achieve such an aim by lying but not by telling the truth, it is permissible to lie if attaining the goal is permissible
Jihad is in fact permissible. Therefore lying in support of Jihad is obligatory.
(N:i.e. when the purpose of lying is to circumvent someone who is preventing one from doing something permissible), and obligatory to lie if the goal is obligatory. When for example one is concealing a muslim from an oppressor who asks where he is, it is obligatory to lie about his being hidden.

When Mohammad returns to Mecca, after supplicating the same deity he worshiped before he left, with ungodly amounts of blood,in Medina, the pagans of Mecca "submit", to Mohammad's'allah' 2.0, because now they see, it's more "Akbar", than the old 'allah' ,ever was.
